Del Toro Holdings, LLC partners with Licensed Brokers and Agents throughout most U.S. States.  Referral, Broker and Lender’s Fees will all be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.

 

What We Do:
We lend money from in house sources as well as from our network of private investors around the country on commercial and residential properties.  Our guidelines are flexible if the loan makes sense.  We generally look for less than 75% LTV, 1st position loans covering one or more properties in well populated areas.  We can close in as little as 5 days assuming Broker and Borrower provide complete packages to us.

 

We work with foreclosures, probate, tax liens and most “unusual” situations.  If you really think it is a do-able deal, run it by us.

 

What We Don't Do:
We do not lend on mobile homes, gas stations, farm land (with or without structures), or un-entitled land.  Remodels, condo conversions and construction loans are on a case by case basis.  We require “cash in the deal” from the Borrower; no 100% financing regardless of value vs. purchase price.

 

What You Can Do:
